In this meditation we have to observe and concentrate only on our breaths. .. inhalation and exhalation.. whether your breaths are short…long ..deep ..or slow… whatever may be ..just concentrate and feel them…you will find at certain level…your breaths are not there…you have gone to a certain level of blissness .. peaceful…there are no thoughts …it’s an excellent experience and one is lost in that meditation. Thanks a lot to Yogi’ji for giving us this experience of quietness and calmness.🙏🙏🙏
